Returns & Refunds

We want you to be glad you shopped with us. Because of the personal nature of what we sell, all sales are final except when an item arrives damaged or incorrect.If that happens, we'll work with you to make it right.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@sigilandsage.comwith your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll review it and work with you to make it right. Please keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.
Other returns
Any other return is considered case-by-case and must be requested within 30 daysof delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. If a return is approved, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
What can't be returned
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following are always final sale:
- Consumables — candles, incense, oils, herbs, and resins (once opened)
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (per above) and place a new order.
