Sigil Studio
Write an intention and watch it become a sigil, drawn the traditional way on the wheel or across a planetary magic square. Style it, then take it with you as a phone wallpaper or a printable card.

Making a sigil, step by step
- Write your intention simply, as if it is already true: “I am protected,” “My shop thrives.”
- Strip it down. Removing vowels and repeated letters is the classic way; what remains is the seed of the sigil.
- Draw the letters. On the wheel, join each letter in order; on a planetary square, turn the letters into numbers and trace them.
- Make it yours. Smooth the line, add a border, choose your colors. A sigil should feel right to you.
- Charge it, then let the words go. Many practitioners focus on the sigil during its planet’s hour, then set it where they will see it, or burn it.
Questions
What is a sigil?
A sigil is a symbol made from a written intention. The letters are turned into a single design so the mind holds the shape rather than the words. Many practitioners charge a sigil, then carry it, display it, or burn it.
How does the wheel method work?
The alphabet is laid around three rings. You remove vowels and repeated letters from your intention, then draw a line from letter to letter in order, marking the start with a small circle and the end with a short bar.
What are the planetary squares?
Magic squares (kameas) assigned to the seven classical planets, recorded by Cornelius Agrippa in the 1500s: Saturn 3×3, Jupiter 4×4, Mars 5×5, the Sun 6×6, Venus 7×7, Mercury 8×8, and the Moon 9×9. Every row, column, and diagonal adds to the same number. Letters become numbers and the line is traced across the square of the planet that matches the intention.
How do I charge a sigil?
Traditions vary: focusing on it during its planet's hour, by candlelight, under a full moon, or while meditating are all common. Sigil Studio shows the next hour of your planet and can add it to your calendar.
Is my intention saved?
No. Your words never leave your device. If you save a sigil to My sigils, only its letters and style are kept, in your own browser.
